A delicious and nutritious spread as a side dish on your Passover table.
1 jar (12 oz.) fillet of herring in wine sauce, drained, cut into 1/4- to 1/2-inch pieces 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream 1/2 cup chopped seeded cucumber 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper 2 green onions, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
MIX all ingredients until well blended; cover. REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled. SERVE with matzo.
Special Extra Garnish with cucumber slices and additional green onion slices just before serving.
