In traditional herbal medicine, Stone root is considered to be a strong diuretic and useful for preventing & treating stones.

Whether the herb got its name because of its primary use, or because the root actually looks like a stone, the fact is Stone root is viewed by some herbalists an effective remedy for stones & sediment in the urinary, kidney and gallbladder systems.
