Fuji apple streusel coffecake with cider glaze. YUM!!
Ingredients Step 1 (Streusel) Sugar, brown 10 oz Flour, all-purpose 6 1/2 oz Oats, rolled 7 oz Pecans, coarse chop 8 oz Cinnamon, ground 1 Tbsp Butter, softened 8 oz

Oat Bran Muffin Mix (Krusteaz, or similar) 3 1/2 lbs Eggs, beaten 16 fl oz Water 8 fl oz Sour Cream 8 oz RoastWorks Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples, thawed 40 oz Step 3 Butter, melted 2 oz Apple Cider 2 fl oz Sugar, powdered 9 oz Recipe Method Step 1
Blend all the streusel ingredients together in a mixer using the paddle attachment. Set aside.
Step 2
Grease a half-sheet pan with side insert using pan release spray. In mixing bowl, combine the oat bran muffin mix, egg, water and sour cream. Blend using a paddle on low speed just until moistened. Pour 1/2 of the batter in the pan, sprinkle with 1/2 of the apples and top with half of the streusel. Repeat process with remaining ingredients. Bake coffee cake in preheated 325° F oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 3
Melt butter in small glass bowl in microwave. Whisk in the cider and powdered sugar. Drizzle over the warm coffee cake.
