• 1 Turkey Carcass
• 1 - 2 stalks chopped celery
• 2  to 3 carrots - cut in chunks
• 1 onion
• 1/2 cup lima beans
• 1 cup split peas
• 1 cup pearl barley
• 1 to 2 bay leaves
• 1 tsp salt
• parsley (to taste)
• garlic powder
• pinch of sugar
• pepper to taste

Bring to boil with turkey. Take off scum

Add split peas, barley, lima beans, salt, sugar, garlic, parsley, and bay leaves. 

Cook 15 minutes, then add carrots, celery and onion.

Cook 2 hours
